Our founding owners, Brad Ward and Lee Parsells, bring a combined 48 years of pest control experience to the industry. Both are certified pest control operators recognized by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Lee Parsells, our dedicated Service Manager and Co-Owner, is a cornerstone of our team, bringing unmatched expertise and a passion for operational excellence. Retired from a remarkable career in the U.S. Army, Lee served two tours in Iraq as a Demolition Specialist (12B) and Transportation Supervisor (88N), honing skills that translate directly into his meticulous, detail-oriented approach to pest management.
With 28 years in the pest control industry, Lee holds Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services certification as a Pest Control Operator. He effectively manages all aspects of our service operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier care and solutions tailored to their needs. His leadership, commitment to quality, and deep industry knowledge have made him an invaluable asset to our team.
A true sports enthusiast, Lee is an avid Baseball fan, channeling the same enthusiasm into his work. Beyond his professional life, he is a devoted family man who treasures time spent with his loved ones, including his two dogs and a cat. Lee also enjoys relaxing on the golf course, where he finds a perfect balance to his active lifestyle.
Brad Ward brings 18 years of professional pest control expertise to Eagle Pest Solutions, with a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships and expanding the company’s service offerings.
Starting his pest control career in 2008 with Middleton Lawn and Pest Control—a company known for pioneering once-a-year pest control services—Brad quickly advanced through the ranks. He holds Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services certification in pest control, specializing in customer relationship management and service development.
Beyond his technical expertise, Brad is a community leader and business advocate. He founded the Referral Diamond Club in 2020, a networking group connecting business owners, and actively networks with business leaders in BNI Money Makers, demonstrating his commitment to community growth and professional excellence.
Brad Ward grew up in Mount Auburn, Illinois, engaging in activities like riding three-wheelers and playing baseball and basketball. He overcame a childhood speech impediment through private speech pathology in St. Louis, which significantly improved his communication skills.
Brad Ward is also an avid golfer, a passionate St. Louis Cardinals fan, and a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara, and his dog, Gizmo.
Matthew Parsells is a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida with a passion for serving his community. A veteran of the United States Army, he proudly served as a tank crewman before beginning a successful career in the termite and pest control industry.
With years of experience helping protect homes and businesses from pests and termites, Matthew is dedicated to providing effective solutions that keep people, pets, and properties safe. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and hanging out with his loyal dog, Earl.
Shawn Enegren has a strong background in customer service. Known for his professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach, he takes pride in helping homeowners protect their homes while delivering effective solutions and dependable service.
He is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and creating positive experiences through honest communication and attention to detail.
Shawn has proudly called Northeast Florida home for the past 14 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Savannah, and their two children while making lasting memories with family and friends.
