Lee Parsells - Service Manager
Lee Parsells, our dedicated Service Manager, is a cornerstone of our team, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence. Retired from a remarkable career in the U.S. Army, Lee served two tours in Iraq as a Demolition specialist (12B) and Transportation supervisor (88N), honing skills that translate into his meticulous approach to pest control.
With 28 years in the pest control industry, Lee’s expertise is unmatched. He effectively manages all aspects of our service operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier care and solutions tailored to their needs. His leadership and commitment to quality have made him an invaluable asset to our team.
A true sports enthusiast, Lee is an avid Baseball fan, channeling the same enthusiasm into his work. Beyond his professional life, he is a devoted family man who treasures time spent with his loved ones, including his two dogs and a cat. Lee also enjoys relaxing on the golf course, where he finds a perfect balance to his active lifestyle.
Brad Ward - Sales Manager
Brad Ward is co-owner and sales manager of Eagle Pest Solutions, a family-owned and veteran-operated pest control company based in Northeast Florida. Originally from Mount Auburn, Illinois, a small town with a population of around 500, Ward relocated to Palm Coast, Florida, in 2008. Growing up, he enjoyed a rural lifestyle, engaging in activities like riding three-wheelers and playing baseball and basketball. He overcame a childhood speech impediment through private speech pathology in St. Louis, which significantly improved his communication skills.
After graduating from Eastern Illinois University, he worked as a tax specialist for the Illinois Department of Revenue, a job he found unfulfilling. He then started a landscaping business before working as a project manager for his parents’ cell tower construction company. Upon moving to Florida, Ward began his pest control career with Middleton Lawn and Pest Control, a company known for pioneering once-a-year pest control services.
With 17 years of experience in the pest control industry, Ward is certified in pest control by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. As the sales manager and co-owner of Eagle Pest Solutions, he focuses on providing effective, once-a-year pest control services that are safer and less intrusive than quarterly programs. His goal is to make Eagle Pest Solutions the most trusted pest control company in Flagler and St Johns Counties, emphasizing quick service response times and customer satisfaction. The company serves areas including Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Ormond Beach, offering services like pest control, termite protection, mosquito control and the Golden Eagle Program for comprehensive pest and termite management.
Beyond his business, Ward is a community leader, founding Referral Diamond Club in 2020, a networking group designed to connect business owners. He currently networks weekly with other business leaders in BNI Money Makers. He credits networking for 66% of Eagle Pest Solutions’ business in its first year, highlighting his commitment to building relationships.
Ward is also an avid golfer, a passionate St. Louis Cardinals fan, and a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara and his dog, Gizmo.
